Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vinuma Arts, each piece is handcrafted and often prepared specifically for the customer. For this reason, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- The customer receives an incomplete product.
- The customer receives a significantly damaged product caused during transit.
- The product delivered is substantially different from the item ordered.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any eligible issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
To request review of a refund claim, customers should provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the received product
- Description of the issue
Refund Approval
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in handmade artwork
- Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
